Item Description
Nobu Dallas opened in 2005 as Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Texas outpost. The Rockwell Group designed dining room with its river stone wall and onyx sushi bar is most reminiscent of the original Nobu in New York with its birch trees, but with a touch of Southern charm to fit its Texas location. The menu features Nobu's signature new style Japanese dishes as well as other popular Dallas favorites like Tuna Tataki with Cilantro Dressing, Seared Toro with Karashi Sumiso, Scallops with Jalapeno Salsa, and Ranchero Rib Eye Steak.
