Item Description

In a work landscape that continues to evolve, women in journalism (similar to women in the technology industry) can find themselves unmoored, questioning their own value and wondering how to navigate to their next move. Most of us don't have the time to go on a personal retreat for self-exploration and reinvention. But until we let go of the old constructs and discover who we are and what we want, we will just leap from job to job, wondering why we feel unfulfilled. Pioneering executive coach Wendy Wallbridge will provide a private coaching session (75 minutes) to the lucky winner. Coaching to be done via Skype or telephone at a mutually agreed upon time.

Don't miss Wendy's workshop at the JAWS Conference and Mentoring Project (CAMP) to be offered on Friday, Oct. 30th at 1:30 p.m.

Wendy Wallbridge, a pioneer in the coaching field, has earned a reputation for establishing breakthrough conversations that enhance the way women work, live, play, and contribute. Her singular brand of coaching, defined by her Spiral Up! Model, empowers women to become entrepreneurs of our own lives by following a radically different roadmap to success.

Diagnosed with life-threatening Lupus early in her career, Wendy used that adversity to explore what it means for women live true to our values, feminine wisdom and unique calling. Wendy is recognized for her groundbreaking coaching techniques that enable women to become leaders and agents of change in the 21st century and to have lives that are more authentic, expansive and meaningful.

A strong and vocal advocate for women, Wendy is the founder of Spiral Up, the Women's Evolutionary Leadership Forum of Silicon Valley, and On Your Mark Corporate Coaching & Consulting, Inc. She is a frequent speaker at venues such as UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, the Professional Business Women's Conference, The Commonwealth Club, and Women In Technology International and has been interviewed by Fortune Magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle, and The New York Times. In addition to being the producer of TEDxSandHillRdWomen, she is on the Executive Advisory Board for TEDxMarin. She is author of the forthcoming book, "Spiral Up: A New Roadmap for Women."
