As the winning bidder you have the ability to stay at either the Ocean Spa Hotel or Laguna Suites Golf and Spa. Your stay is subject to availability, however, there are no blackout dates.

* There will be a mandatory one-time fee of $110.00 which must be paid by the winning bidder upon reserving travel dates. This fee is payable per stay/per room.
 
* This vacation consists of 5 days and 4 nights of hotel accommodations, ONLY, at your choice of either the Ocean Spa Hotel or Laguna Suites Golf and Spa. Vacation, after the payment of the mandatory fee, has a value of $710.00 usd.

*This vacation is valid for use by two adults, one of which must be at least 25 years of age, and 2 children under the age of 12 . Adults must possess a valid driver’s license and a major credit card for check-in. 

*This vacation may not be used by full time students.  Married travelers must travel with their spouse. 

*During your stay you will be asked, but not required, to enjoy a private viewing at the resort (approx. 90 - 120 minutes) to familiarize yourself with all of the amenities available to you during your vacation, and the options for participation in a vacation ownership plan.

*There are no blackout dates, however all reservations are subject to availability. Reservations must be made within 12 months of the issue date on the certificate, and may be requested via telephone at 866.760.1843 from the US/Canada or 0800.883.0761 from the UK, or via e-mail to reservations@yucatanholidays.travel. Reservations during holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Passover, President's Week and Thanksgiving may be subject to additional charges. Any other modifications to this offer are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

*This vacation is not valid for travel by groups. A group is considered to be three or more vacation certificate holders traveling together and/or three or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period.

*This vacation may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

*The fulfiller of this vacation is not responsible for any expenses caused by accident, delays or acts of God.
