Each winning bidder will receive a "Winning Bidder Certificate". The certificate will include information on the package won along with instructions as to how they are to book their experience. One of our travel concierges will work with each winning bidder to book their travel and/or experience. All packages sold are non-refundable and may not be resold. Accommodations are assigned subject to availability and certain restrictions listed. Availability maybe limited one week before and after major US holidays. The following blackout dates apply - Christmas week and Easter week (no travel is permitted). Ground transportation is not included unless specifically outlined.

Lodging This Certificate entitles the recipient to (5) nights of accommodations in a studio resort hotel room at one of the resort properties described. Accommodations are for two adults 28 years of age or older and up to two children under the age of 12. Sorry, no pets.

Activation (STEP 1) You must activate within 45 days of receiving this Certificate, at which time you will select your destination. There is no cost to activate. An Activation Acknowledgment Letter will be mailed to you within 72 hours that will provide you with your unique toll-free 800 number to call when you are ready to make your reservation.

Travel Window Your certificate must be activated no later than December 31, 2015. Travel must be completed within 12 months after the activation date.

Reservation (STEP 2) Reservations must be made 30 days prior to travel. At the time the reservation is confirmed, a $125 refundable credit card deposit is required at the time of reservation confirmation and will be refunded 30 days after check-in automatically to the same credit card used to make the deposit. A Reservation Confirmation Letter, including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you within 72 hours. Your reservation confirmation letter, a major credit card and a valid driver’s license will be required upon check-in.

Incidental Charges This Certificate is for hotel accommodations only (European Plan) and does not include transportation, parking fees, airfare, room taxes ($4-$19 per night), meals and any miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such expenses.

Cancellations: Cancellation or changes to an active reservation must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior, or simply not showing up, will result in forfeiture of your Certificate and reservation processing fee or deposit.

Usage Limitations Only one Certificate per household per year may be used. This Certificate is intended for promotional use only by the issuer and cannot be resold. This Certificate is nontransferable and may only be used by the original recipient. This Certificate may not be used for conventions or group travel.

Retail Value The approximate retail value of the accommodations is up to $1,050 depending on location, hotel availability and travel dates.
