The Antoinette Perry Award for Excellence in Theatre, more commonly known informally as the Tony Award, recognizes achievement in liveBroadway theatre. The awards are presented by the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League at an annual ceremony in New York City. The awards are given for Broadway productions and performances, and an award is given for regional theatre. Several discretionary non-competitive awards are also given, including a Special Tony Award, the Tony Honors for Excellence in Theatre, and the Isabelle Stevenson Award. The awards are named after Antoinette Perry, co-founder of the American Theatre Wing. The Tony Awards are considered the highest U.S. theatre honor, the New York theatre industry's equivalent to the Academy Awards (Oscars) for motion pictures.

Delivery

Each winning bidder will receive a "Winning Bidder Certificate". The certificate will include information on the package won along with instructions as to how they are to book their experience. One of our travel concierges will work with each winning bidder to book their travel and/or experience. Excluding experiences tied to specific dates, all other travel experiences must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance, and must be booked within one year of the date of sale. Travel must take place within 18 months of the date of sale. All packages sold are non-refundable and may not be resold.

Travel is available from any major destination within the 48 contiguous United States or Canada to New York City, NY, subject to availability. Winning bidders may not use air miles to upgrade coach class flights, nor are they guaranteed that the flights they are booked on will be eligible for accumulation of air miles. Winning bidders may modify and/or upgrade their flights and/or hotels when using our concierge to book their travel, and will be charged separately for any additional costs associated with those upgrades and/or changes.

The following blackout dates apply (excluding packages specifically marketed as being available during these times): The week of New Years, the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges where applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground transportation is not included unless specifically outlined.
