Item Description
Complimentary Card for one-time use only at Boa, Katan, Roku, Sushi Roku or Robata Bar (valued at $100). Not valid towards gratuity. Expires 3/5/17.
Sushi Roku combines the finest, freshest fish from pristine waters around the globe with the kind of artistry that can only be provided by a mature sushi chef ensuring superlative traditional sushi, together with a splash of California innovation.
Katana specializes in authentic “Robatayaki” cuisine. Bamboo skewered items, including seafood, vegetables, meat and poultry, are grilled over Japanese “bincho tan” coals, which produce a highly intense heat.
ROKU challenges traditional Teppanyaki to sharpened standards, combining a cutting-edge setting with exceptional ingredients and impeccable sushi. Teppan chefs prepare A-5 Japanese Wagyu, Matsuzaka beef, Santa Barbara spot prawns and other high-quality ingredients at interactive grill tables.
Robata Bar evokes the spirit of a Nomiya, or a Japanese pub, from thr streets of Tokyo. It is a place to share Katana style Robatayaki, an ancient style of Japanese cooking with skewers over open flame.
Boa: Modern-day steakhouse fare. Steaks and chops include a selection of prime Kentucky beef such as the “40 Day” Dry-Aged New York Strip and the “Bone In” Rib Eye, as well as Certified Organic Beef and Premium Japanese Wagyu, all served with a choice of rubs and house made sauces, including BOA’s own J-1 sauce.
