Item Description
Paul Bocuse, the famous French chef once wrote "Good cooking does NOT mean complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. The simpler the food the better, in my opinion". In this spirit, 4 individuals will spend a Saturday with Minty Sidhu exploring the local farmer's market in downtown PALO ALTO in September 2016. Collaboratively create a menu for lunch comprised of a vegetable side, a lentil dish, a rice/pilaf dish, and a savory yogurt side dish. A meat/chicken curry dish will be optional. To wrap up the farmer's market trip, Minty will be treating everyone to a boutique coffee from Highnote.
From there you will head to Minty's home in Palo Alto for a cooking session. Pulling inspiration from her north Indian heritage, she will share with you the magic of cooking with onion, ginger, garlic and spices/herbs to create a flavorful and "heart" healthy meal.
