Item Description
?My item for this auction is a handmade leather sheath (knife not included). I make these items start to finish in my spare time in my home shop. This sheath is made for a Buck 110 folding knife. Sheath is dyed tan/brown, 5-7 ounce leather, oiled and finished. Stitching is white, sheath exterior is a basketweave tooled design. Sheath is a right-side carry for up to a 2" belt.
The knife you will need is a Buck Model 110. These are available from sporting goods stores, you can also find some good buys at flea markets, knife shows, etc. If you purchase the knife new you can expect to pay from $35 to $50. The knives normally include a factory flap and snap sheath, older knives have a better quality sheath, newer knives include what I classify as a low quality sheath.
There are many other knife companies that produce clones of the Buck 110. I've included specifications of the Buck 110, the choice to use another knife is the purchasers decision. Buck 110 overall length (closed)- 4 7/8", width- 1 3/8" thickness- 5/8" .
Dimensions for the sheath is 5" in length, including your knife is 5 5/8" in length, in this case "length" is top to bottom vertically as you would carry it on a belt.
Sheath is available now.
