Item Description

Artisinal caramels hand-dipped in dark chocolate topped with sea salt. Yummy and delicious. Gift box with 24 chocolates, approximately a pound made by Cindy Corbett a 1981 alum of the Cooperstown Graduate Program.

Cindy writes:

Working in chocolate and silver are tied together for me.  About ten years ago, I experimented with working in chocolate using what I could read and understand from books.  Chocolate is really difficult to work with and I quickly realized I needed hands-on experience.  I completed multiple classes at the l’Academie du Chocolate in Montreal that is operated by the Belgium firm Callebaut. This past year, in an attempt to do something not related to food, I took a class on working with metal clay.  It came easily, I loved it and since then I’ve taken more classes and worked at developing my equipment and skills.
