Your departure is covered too. Simply walk out the door when you’re ready to leave, the package also includes all laundry, remaking of beds with fresh sheets, full home cleaning, and our close up services. Arrival Package Regardless of the season, PML will completely prepare your lakehouse or vacation rental for your arrival. We open and air out the house, and set fans and air conditioner to proper temperature. All beds and pillows are fluffed and checked (dust and bugs) and all towels freshened and hung in baths. Entrances and patios are all swept and any cobwebs or wasp nests are removed. Exterior patio furniture is cleaned and uncovered and arranged for entertaining. We’ll add all the touches that make the house feel like you’re ready for entertaining from the moment you walk through the doors.

Clean and Laundry Don’t worry about getting all the towels and sheets in the laundry before you leave. Relax; we’ve got you covered. We’ll wash all used towels, sheets, kitchen linens and any clothing (if left in laundry), make sure they’re properly dried and folded, and put them away. All used beds will be re-made with freshly laundered sheets. All towels will be folded and put away or re-hung in appropriate baths and kitchen. No more laundry rat race. Just relax and enjoy, we’ll take care of it all.

Shop and Stock the Home We’ll shop for all your groceries and whatever you need to stock the lakehouse: laundry detergent to cleaners, fresh fruits to fresh meats, frozen pizza to Blue Bell, chips to cookies, toilet tissue to feminine products, all pantry staples, bags of ice, and of course… stocking your bar. If you can put it on a grocery list, we’ll pick it up* precisely as you’ve asked, and put it away properly in your kitchen, pantry, bathrooms or laundry… As it should be. *Note: guests responsible for cost of purchases. Service of shopping and stocking only included in package.

Close Up After Departure Once you’ve left, we’ll also make sure the house is “closed” properly. We’ll turn off all lights and fans, while setting air to proper settings. All blinds will be closed, and all beds covered to protect clean sheets. We put away and cover all patio furniture, lake toys and equipment as well as boat dock items. Don’t spend your time putting your fun away – enjoy and relax. PML will make sure it’s all cleaned, secured and put away. Make the most of every minute at the lake and leave the close up to us. We’ve got it handled.

Valid for one arrival and departure at a home on Cedar Creek Lake, Lake Athens, or Lake Palestine. Please contact PrepMyLakehouse.com at least 5 business days prior to your requested service to ensure booking and proper scheduling. For alcohol purchases, must be 21 years of age with valid ID confirmation. All grocery and purchased item costs are guest responsibility and to be reimbursed to PML within 5 business days of services rendered.
