--Gift Certificate for $200 for Lunch or Dinner at Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen
Come and experience a truly unique glimpse inside a small, family-owned working winery. Something new awaits you and your guests for this exclusive visit to Corison Winery, in St. Helena.
Winegrower Cathy Corison produces artisanal Cabernet Sauvignon that speaks of place, sourcing great benchland vineyards between Rutherford and St. Helena in the Napa Valley.
Corison Winery is situated in the heart of Cathy Corison's beloved Kronos Vineyard, eight acres planted exclusively to St. Georges rootstock. Kronos is an historic treasure, one of the last old Cabernet Vineyards in the Napa Valley to have produced world class fruit continuously for more than four decades. The gnarly old vines produce scant yields that result in wines of rare concentration and refinement.
Cathy Corison's wines are noted for their consistency and impeccable balance. Powerful and elegant at the same time, they grace the table and enjoy a long, distinguished life.
After your visit, make your way into the town of St. Helena and get ready for a warm and soul-comforting meal at Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen. Local chef and cookbook author Cindy Pawlcyn is one of the first female chefs to champion fresh, local, seasonal food – first at her groundbreaking restaurant, Mustard's Grill, and soon after at Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen. Cindy is a pioneer who helped put the Napa Valley on the epicurean map as much for its food as for its wine. Enjoy lunch or dinner for four at Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, a classy supper club-style upscale eatery and a favorite neighborhood hang-out … both for food and hanging out at the bar.
