“A Little Dog with a Big Dream” was written by Darius Ghanat as a gift for Harley to help raise awareness about the cruel commercial dog breeding industry, known as puppy mills. The idea for the song first came to Darius when he discovered Harley on Facebook in 2013. Darius was inspired to write the song by Harley’s determined spirit, and so the song took the form of a whimsical march. When you close your eyes and listen to the song, you will see Harley running free and rolling in the grass as Darius envisioned when he wrote the song. Harley enjoyed listening to his song so much that he used to pack it in his suitcase to take on rescue mission road trips. As a matter of fact, Harley loved the song so much; he made the song title his very own “tagline,” telling the world that he was indeed “A Little Dog with a Big Dream!” Harley’s Dream continues and here’s a chance to own a small piece of the history behind it!
