Cardella Winery, Mendota CA
Dinner & Wine Tasting for 10 and Case
Immigrants from Tuscany, the Cardella family carries on the Tuscan passion for food and wine.
The vineyards at Cardella Ranch were first planted in the 1970s and their grapes sold to premier California wineries ever since. The Cardella’s believed premium artisan wines were lacking in the San Joaquin Valley and that the family's vineyards could help fill this niche. The wines have a solid sense of terroir unique to the San Joaquin Valley, and have earned numerous awards in International wine competitions.
You and up to nine guests will have an evening in Tuscany and enjoy dinner and wine tasting at the winery, with the winemaker. Your dinner includes soup or salad, a main course and dessert, which will be paired with a different varietal per course served. Enjoy the rich wines aged in the subterranean cellar and share the history of Tuscany, backlit by the Central California Coastal range.
Right now you’ll receive a case of Cardella Winery’s premium wines that includes:
(3) 2012 Sangiovese, Vineyard 22
2015 Rosato, Vineyard 22
2015 Chardonnay, Sofia’s Vineyard, Special Edition
(2) 2011 Ruby Cabernet, Vineyard 22
2012 Barbera L’Aquedotto
2011 Syrah, Vineyard 22
2014 Malbec Lorenzo’s
2011 Merlot, Vineyard 22
2013 Pinot Grigio, La Cienega Vineyard
Dinner and wine tasting valid until October 1, 2017, subject to availability.
