Item Description
This unique cast-iron frame with original fabric seat and base dated 1896 on the manufacturer's tag was covered about 50 years ago with a needle point cover. It is wrought iron and heavy for its size. Came from John S. Yoder homoe in Wayne County, Ohio. Made in Marietta, OH in 1896. Still has origingal upolstery under the seat, but Donors's aunt made the needle point cover about 50 years ago.
One important fact: The original fabric is under the current fabric. It has not been removed.
