Alissa Nutting is an assistant professor of English at Grinnell College. She is the author of the story collection Unclean Jobs for Women and Girls, winner of the 6th Starcheon Prize for Innovative Fiction, as well as the novels Tampa and Made for Love.
Nutting’s writing has appeared in a number of different publications, including the New York Times, Fence, Bomb, The Norton Introduction to Literature and O: The Oprah Magazine.
