3 hours of health coaching with Mrs Jones, a certified health coach.

I'm a Jesus-loving wife and mom to four beautiful children, a homeschooler, and, before kids, an active pool player. Being a teenager in the 80's, I was taught the low fat, high carb mentality as well as the idea that "Beautiful = Skinny."  This did not help me as an adult trying to live on my home as a wife and mother. I struggled with extreme fatigue after my 1st child, add in homeschooling, going to school, and starting my own business, I was T-I-R-E-D! I wasn't going to accept that this was just the way it was going to be. After lots of self-reflection, and studying at Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and after countless hours of research and digging, I learned what was best for my body.  I decided right away that this process should be easy for others.

 

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

 

I help clients reach health and life goals by guiding them in making step-by-step changes to their diet and showing them how easy it is to substitute their favorites for a healthier version. This will allow them the luxury of regaining control of and responsibility for their health and wellness!

 

I offer coaching programs that fit most intentions, lifestyles, and budgets that gain them a personal, one-on-one coach. These programs can be done either in person or via telephone and will also include email correspondence.
