Set among tranquil cherry groves and rolling barley fields – and only a five-minute walk from the Villa – the meticulously renovated Farmhouse boasts a remarkable view of the medieval town of Piedicolle. Formerly home to local farmers who worked the surrounding land, this estate was the meeting place for the annual battuto (beating of the grain). With the addition of a second luxurious structure in 2015 – connected by a covered exterior breezeway – The Farmhouse accommodates up to 8 +2 guest.

With 4 spacious bedrooms – all with meticulously outfitted en suites and private terraces – The Farmhouse is perfect for groups of friends and multigenerational family gatherings. The long shallow end of the pool was designed with young children in mind and the professionally outfitted kitchen and exterior fireplace with grill, make The Farmhouse an ideal location for professional cooks and home cooks alike.

Configuration: 4 bedrooms – 3 with a queen-plus bed and 1 with a king bed (or 2 wide single beds). All bedrooms are of a similar size and all have spacious en suite bathrooms and private terraces. The large, well-appointed kitchen is perfect for sharing multiple tasks. All of the terraces are surrounded by mature gardens and offer opportunities for large and small gatherings.

We offer a portion of The Farmhouse to rent to small groups (4 + 1) during the mid season and on a case-by-case basis.
