Item Description
Acupuncture consultation and treatment with a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist. This service is 90 minutes in length and consists of an in-depth intake on the recipient's health history, tongue and pulse evaluation, and acupuncture treatment. The session may include acupuncture needling, acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, essential oils and guasha, among other modalities included under the umbrella of Chinese Medicine.
The concept of True North is consistent with the quality we deem most invaluable to Chinese Medicine - emphasis on the individual. In this ancient healing art, no two people are treated in the same manner because they exhibit similar symptoms of disharmony or illness. Instead, this uniquely humanistic approach to medicine takes into account the distinct makeup of each patient – body, mind and spirit.
At True North Acupuncture, our mission is to understand the goals of our patients in terms of what best health means to them. The practitioner and patient work as a team in an effort to meet the health needs determined by the patient.
Our desire is to incorporate the ancient healing arts of Chinese medicine into the realities of life in modern-day New York City. We design our treatment strategies with the complexities of city life in mind.

Only items certificates fitting in a standard sized envelope can be mailed. Winners will be charged mailing costs plus a $1.00 S&H fee. If you need item(s) mailed, you must notify gala@sprucestreetpta.org by Tuesday March 27th, 2018. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick-up dates.
