The Village Potters, located in The River Arts District in Asheville NC, is a pottery like none other and one you don’t want to miss. Founded by Potter Sarah Wells Rolland and her husband, George Rolland, The Village Potters is a creative, collaborative community created to nurture an ideal work space and culture for freedom in creative exploration and expression. The Village Potters houses the permanent studios of six unique and masterful professional potters. They are Sarah Wells Rolland, Lori Theriault, Judi Harwood, Melanie Robertson, Christine Henry and Julia Mann. Their work is available in three exquisite Galleries on site, as well as select pieces available exclusively in the Online Shop. The Village Potters work closely with clients to make work that marries the potters’ unique style with the tastes and needs of clients’ homes and office.
