"Based on the writings of our Founding Fathers, the book provides a short, simple, and organized explanation of the rights and freedoms we have as human beings and as Americans, of our Constitutional Republic government, and of the responsibility American citizens have to support and preserve the Constitution of the United States of America that protects our rights and freedoms.
The book is for ages seven through adult to learn more accurately, and to appreciate the timeless relevance of, our Country's Declaration of Independence and Constitution.
The book may also be used as a speaker outline as well as an instructional tool by parents, teachers, and religious and organizational leaders. As reference material, the book contains applicable quotes of our first five Presidents who were Founding Fathers, the above Founding documents, the Bill of Rights, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the founding Principles of Liberty. A basic understanding of Natural Law, human nature, a Republic versus a Democracy form of government, and free market versus controlled market economic systems also helps in discussing the content of the book."
At an age when many are considering retirement, Mary returned to school and earned a graduate degree in aeronautical science with system safety certification.
An accomplished artist, Mary has painted for 35 years and has sold many original works. Her love of art and design is the foundation for the Design Manager Decorating Services company she owns and operates "as a hobby". She provides paint color and home sale consultations and room furnishing placement.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a book on Amazon.com written by a Mary Amlaw in 1985. She is not that Mary Amlaw. So when you are looking for her book, be sure to reference her by her author name of M.L. Amlaw."

REVIEWS:
The book is well-suited for teachers because the information is located in one source that also contains a removable guide outlining our basic freedoms and responsibilities as U.S. citizens. It is written in a simple and direct fashion, and, according to the author it is written, "especially for children, to learn more accurately, and to appreciate the timeless relevance of, our Country's Declaration of Independence and Constitution of the United States of America."
An enlightening read, and well worth the time because of the feelings of pride and patriotism it inspires."
