Did you grow up watching "60 Minutes" on CBS? Want to be a journalist? Grab this item and go on a tour to see how the most-watched and prestigious news show in American TV history is put together -- all the steps from pitching an idea to the final assembly in the control room. And meet the journalists, production staff, and technical crews working to get the show on the air every week.
The tour will be given by a long-time "60 Minutes" producer who will introduce tour guests to some of his colleagues, depending on availability.
Studio is located on West 57th Street at 11th Avenue in Manhattan.
Item Special Note
Best time to tour is from late August to mid-May, before the show goes on summer hiatus. Ideally for up to 6 people but flexible. Tour date/time subject to producer's availability. Tour cannot take place on Saturday or Sunday.
