You are bidding on one stud service from Ch Cambria's Out for Justice LC-10L
Live or A/I located in Millsap, Texas. Frozen is at Pee Wee Valley Veterinary Services, Louisville, Kentucky. Frozen must be transferred to the winners name within 15 days after the close of the auction

Item Special Note
The owner of this participating stud dog have generously agreed to donate a stud service to the DPCA Rescue Fund.
Terms for bidding are:
Your bitch must be acceptable to the stud owner (see pre-approved above).
Stud owner will use their regular stud contract.
By placing a bid, the bitch owner acknowledges that they have satisfied themselves on all matters relating to the breeding and specifically to the terms of the stud contract.
All costs associated with a live breeding or for shipment of fresh cooled or frozen semen will be paid by the bitch owner.
The breeding must take place within 12 months of auction close unless otherwise arranged with the stud owner.

Bidder understands that the stud dog owners are generously contributing here for the greater good of the DPCA and that the DPCA is simply facilitating the bidding process. Bidder assumes all responsibility for any and all aspects of this transaction and by bidding agrees to hold the DPCA harmless.
The Auction committee will contact the winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction.
