Megan Wise, physical therapist for Mean Girls will lead a Zoom session aimed at performers and dancers with guidelines on avoiding injury and maximizing performance.
Megan Wise is a Physical Therapist, Pilates Teacher, Health Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Coach in NYC. Her mission is to help performers build a long, successful career onstage.
She began her studies at University of Florida, where she assisted and coordinated neurological and physical therapy research at the Brain Rehabilitation Research Center. She then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York University in 2015, completing internships in various areas of PT in New York and Chicago. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Performing Arts and Foot and Ankle Special Interest Groups, International Association for Dance Medicine & Science, Pilates Method Alliance, and on the Marketing and Engagement Committee and Delegate Assembly for the New York Physical Therapy Association. Since 2015, Megan has treated backstage for multiple productions, including Joffrey Ballet, Aladdin, Book of Mormon, Hillary and Clinton, Cats, Hamilton, Christmas Spectacular and many others. She is currently the Physical Therapist for Mean Girls on Broadway.

Many events are for the entire community and others are for a limited number.
