Item Description
"First you make a roux..." As they say in Louisiana its gumbo weather! A private online lesson for up to 8 people with native Louisianian Catherine Tucker and her sous chef/daughter Olivia Tucker in the art of making an authentic Louisiana gumbo. Catherine and Olivia will lead you in a virtual step-by-step instruction while creating this celebrated dish together. In addition to the live virtual instruction, a more detailed video will be provided. Catherine will also provide her family recipe for bread pudding with bourbon whiskey sauce!
Item Special Note
You choose seafood gumbo or chicken & andouille sausage gumbo. Date to be mutually agreed upon by both parties, prior to June 30, 2021.
