Item Description
Internationally acclaimed suspense author Dan Fesperman will host a one hour Zoom book club for ten readers about his latest espionage thriller Safe Houses.
Beginning with murders on Maryland's Eastern Shore and concluding with the details of a nefarious CIA operation in post World War II Berlin, this spy thriller "...is as fiendishly clever as it is entertaining." (Kirkus Reviews) The winner will receive a hardback, signed copy of Safe Houses, nine paperback copies, a bottle of Kelt VSOP Cognac and snacks, plus the guarantee of an interesting night's discussion!
Before becoming an author, Dan was a journalist in North Carolina and Miami. The Baltimore Sun assigned him to international posts as a war correspondent where he reported from Europe and the Middle East. Since 1988 he has lived in Ruxton with his wife Liz Bowie (also a Sun reporter), where he now devotes full time to writing novels. He has written eleven in total, some of which have been optioned for television and many of which have been awarded high recognition from international Crime Writers Associations.
