HENRI MATISSE -1913-1954
Henri Matisse is widely regarded as the greatest colorist of the 20th century. He first achieved prominence as the leader of the French movement Fauvism.He actually became a lawyer in 1887. He first started to paint in 1889.He is in major museums all over the world.
“Woman” Black and white lithograph 1936, Custom Framed. This lithograph was featured in an exhibit held at Chelyabinsk Museum of Fine Arts in Russia of the pieces devoted to the collection of Lydia Delectorskaya (1920-1998) assistant, and muse for the last 20 years of Matisse's life. 18 H x 20" wide
