This is a 1st Edition/1st Printing of The Slow Regard of Silent Things, the lovely novella by Patrick Rothfuss. Inside this rare relic is a hand-drawn work by the illustrator Nate Taylor - a doodle of a soldier of the Amyr. These copies were signed and numbered by author Patrick Rothfuss - this is book 1 of 10, and the other 9 have already sold out!
Please note that the doodle inside the book by Nate Taylor is not the same as a remarquing. The remarqued editions sometimes sell for upwards of $600-700; this is just a quick doodle. Please refer to the images for more details and a glimpse of the signed & numbered/doodle page.
"The Slow Regard of Silent Things is a brief, bittersweet glimpse of Auri’s life, a small adventure all her own. At once joyous and haunting, this story offers a chance to see the world through Auri’s eyes. And it gives the reader a chance to learn things that only Auri knows... In this novella, Patrick Rothfuss brings us into the world of one of The Kingkiller Chronicles’ most enigmatic characters. Full of secrets and mysteries, The Slow Regard of Silent Things is the story of a broken girl trying to live in a broken world."
This novella is illustrated by the talented Nate Taylor and comes with an archival cover. Sorry, no personalizations are available for this item.
