Chef Andrew Recca, Chef de Cuisine of Koko Head Cafe, will come cook a custom farm-to-table multicourse dinner for four (4) in the comfort of your home or at Koko Head Cafe. Package will include chef consultation and custom menu creation, a full service dinner for four (4) with wine pairing, and next day breakfast pastry package.
Chef Andrew Recca was born and raised on Oahu, and worked with Chef Ed Kenney at Town Restaurant before joining the team at Koko Head Cafe in 2015. Under Chef Lee Anne Wong's tutelage, Chef Andrew has evolved from line cook to commanding Koko Head's team of culinary talent, working side by side with them to create seasonal daily specials showcasing the best ingredients Hawaii has to offer.
