Item Description
Handcrafted by 93 year old Laurence Dyer of Sisters, OR, this intricately beautiful box is there to hold jewelry, special treasures or keepsakes that deserve to be protected.
It's one of those pieces that will bring unique beauty to any place in your home and is a work of art in and of itself.
- No two are alike, so each one is priceless.
- Made from Mango wood, Koa and embellished with a piece of deer horn
- The box features a hinged lid and sits on four legs.
- It measures 6 1/4" x 5 1/2" and is 4 1/2" tall.
Laurence has been carving and creating his intricate wooden boxes for many years from his studio in Camp Sherman, OR. Creations like this from the artist are soon to become collector's items as Laurence's ability to make them has become more difficult due to his age.
The box is donated by Laurence's brother-in-law and wife, Jay and Donna Haglund of Hamilton, MT. Proceeds benefit CfR Western MT.
