Join naturalist and author Peter Alden as he guides you on a 3-4 hour nature walk through some of the Secret Places of Wild Concord for no more than 10 folks anytime in May or June. Focus will be on birds and plants.
Walk to be led by Peter Alden of Concord, author of the Audubon Field Guide to New England among 15 books. Peter organized the world's first
Biodiversity Days with Dr Edward O. Wilson. 3,600 species of fungi, plants and animals have been found within five miles of Walden Pond over three Great Walden Bioblitzes.
Peter has also led and/or lectured on hundreds of bird and nature tours, safaris, cruises and private jet excursions to 100 countries for 50 years.
