Item Description
We aren't born with good manners, so how are we supposed to learn them? Social skills need to be cultivated at a young age and reinforced throughout young adulthood. That's not easy for parents to do when there's school, homework, and extracurricular activities (and of course social media!). At the end of the day, who has the energy to turn the dinner table into a classroom? That's where Courteous & Cool training comes in! Respecting and valuing others is a key factor in growing up to be a confident and poised adult. Old-world manners are no longer required today, but the basic principles of etiquette still hold strong and true. Good table manners, pleasant conversation skills, and making a positive impression never go out of style. Good manners make life more pleasant for everyone, so why not give your child the social tools they will use every day for the rest of their lives? Our classes are geared to improve their attitude and self-confidence- and they have fun doing it! Choose one of the following workshops:
- Dining 101 (Ages 7-12),
- Proud 2 Be Polite (Ages 4-7, or
- Teen Scene (Ages 12 & up)
Classes take place in Hermosa Beach and vary from two hours to two and a half hours.
