Our beer is brewed using ingredients from local friends like Mississippi Mills Malting, Stone Hedge Hop Farm, and Escarpment Labs. 2) Cartwright Springs Brewery Tour for 4 in Pakenham, Ontario

We are proud to be innovators in environment friendly initiatives here at the brewery.  Our brewery is built in a natural setting only 15 meters from our clean natural artesian spring.  It was not only a good idea but mandatory to be super careful with how we build and run our brewery.

We wanted our tasting room to be a space that reflects our beer, our craft and our community.  We used a lot of wood from trees that fell just behind the brewery to finish up the place nicely. We hope you enjoy our space while you sample some of our beers to decide which ones you would like to take home.

3) Hugli’s Blueberry Ranch Gourmet Products: Blueberry BBQ Sauce and Blueberry BBQ Sauce with Whisky

The Hugli Family grows high-bush blueberries, pumpkins, Christmas trees, & offers fun activities for the whole family. Today, Hugli’s Blueberry Ranch grows over 17 acres of blueberries and is the largest blueberry operation in Eastern Ontario, located in Pembroke. In 2001, the new ranch building was completed and a 3400 sq ft gift store, blueberry check-out, ice cream service area and covered patio were added.    Over the years, more agri-tourism activities & events have been added.   The Hugli family is very grateful for all the support they have been given from the local community and visitors from across Canada and abroad as they have diversified their business over the years.
