Online bidding for this item CLOSES WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST, AT 5PM. Final bidding will take place in-person during the LIVE AUCTION event on Saturday, November 4th. If you're unable to attend the live auction, you can leave a "high bid" amount online (no later than November 1st, 5pm EST) and the auctioneer will represent your bid during the live event.

Stephen Fisher earned a BFA in painting and printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University (1976) and an MFA in printmaking from Yale University (1981). He currently teaches at RIC in Providence as a Professor of Art where he specializes in printmaking and drawing, and aspires to the title of Chief Printmaking Wizard." Fisher's work has been exhibited in a variety of national and, occasionally, international venues and earned numerous awards in a wide range of competitions. His drawings and prints can be found in numerous public, corporate and private collections. Public recognition of Fishers efforts include a regional N.E.A. Fellowship, 3 RISCA Fellowships and a Graphic Media Achievement Award from American Artist Magazine.

"Walkabout" is a traditional hard ground etching based on a spot on the Walkabout trail in George Washington Park in western RI.

 The Bidding Increments are as follows:

   $1-99, the bidding increment is $5

   $100-199, the bidding increment is $10

This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 8th – 11th, 2023. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
