Online bidding for this item CLOSES WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST, AT 5PM. Final bidding will take place in-person during the LIVE AUCTION event on Saturday, November 4th. If you're unable to attend the live auction, you can leave a "high bid" amount online (no later than November 1st, 5pm EST) and the auctioneer will represent your bid during the live event.

Gwendolyn Lanier is a visual artist based in Lowell, MA whose body of work has been centered around utilizing sculpture to explore her personal spirituality producing a visual language that assists in making Lanier's interior world visible. In 2009, Lanier received her BFA from the School of the Museum of the Fine Arts/Tufts University in Boston. Lanier is currently a teaching artist at the Essex Art Center in Lawrence, MA.

The artist has graciously agreed to start the bidding at $250.

A note on bidding: Any high bid that does not follow the listed bidding increments will be nullified and voided.

 The Bidding Increments are as follows:

   $1-99, the bidding increment is $5

   $100-199, the bidding increment is $10

   $200-499, the bidding increment is $20

   $500-999, the bidding increment is $50

   $1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100

 

This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 8th – 11th, 2023. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
