Online Embodied Voice Breathwork® Session (1 hour) with Fern Olivia (@fernolivia www.fernolivia.com, www.embodiedvoicebreathwork.com) personalized for your intentions and desires. Developed by Fern Olivia, Embodied Voice Breathwork® synthesizes over 14 years of her certifications and studies in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Rebirthing Breathwork and Holotropic Breathwork, and Sound Therapy. The practice combines ancient breathing techniques with the wisdom of contemporary neuroscience and the healing power of singing as medicine.
Our methodology is based on the integration of tools that safely allow us to experience states of bliss consciousness in which the subconscious opens and the inner navigation is welcomed. The practice involves connecting with one’s inner healer and exploring the depths of the psyche and vocal expression in a safe and sacred space, accompanied by live music. Vocal activation, brain rewiring and somatic exercises support sustainable mind-heart coherence and a deep state of surrender to the present moment.
Embodied Voice Breathwork® is unique because it synthesizes various modalities that are proven to create more harmony in the body, regulate the nervous system, support emotional processing and release, and develop the voice through toning practices once the mind has surrendered into a place of peace free from the control of ego. Harmonizing the vagus nerve and central nervous system through live sound frequencies and vocal toning is a fundamental aspect of the Embodied Voice Breathwork® practice. Music becomes a guide, fine tuning our inner ear to stimulate the pineal gland, releasing natural DMT from the brain and bringing us into a deep state of altered consciousness, safely and naturally.
