Item Description

The winner will receive a certificate for a

(1)  Hour Yoga and Sound Bath Therapy Session

with Certified Instructor Janet Miller.

The session begins with a customized yoga session for all levels. The second half is Sound Bath Therapy which includes sounds and vibrations from a collection of Crystal bowls, chimes, bells and more along with a prepared playlist of nature sounds for background. Included is guided meditation, inspirational themes, as well as, essential oils and incense. The session provides relaxation and calming, a sense of well-being, peace and happiness, and a deep meditative state.

 

 

With over 32 years combined experience in fitness, yoga and skate instruction, Janet Miller has taught classes worldwide. As a sought-after instructor she was ABC “Home Show”'s fitness guru, and the featured expert on Lifetime's "New Attitudes." She can be seen in many instructional videos, and has taught at movie studios such as Sony and Walt Disney Pictures, corporations, universities and the IDEA World Fitness Convention. Janet’s publishing credits include Women's Sports and Fitness, Teen, LA Parent, City Sports, Parenting, Allure, Shape, Condé Nast and L.A. Magazine. She taught Heather Graham for "Boogie Nights" and Russell Crowe for “Mystery Alaska.”
