This beautiful home in Pagosa Springs sits on 2/3 acre, backs up to Pagosa Springs Public Golf course, and is surrounded by the majestic San Juan Mountains. Located just 25 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, Alpen House Lodge is the perfect setting for a 7-day/7-night ski vacation! This spacious 5-bedroom home with 3 1/2 baths comfortably sleeps 14 in beds but can realistically sleep up to 22 with three optional sleeper sofas (MBR, living room, great room) and cots. Four large decks provide beautiful views: one off the kitchen with a large gas barbecue grill, one off the great room, one that can be accessed by the second floor bedrooms and a separate deck off the master suite. There are two large HDTVs, WiFi, satellite TV, and DVD player.
With annual snowfall averaging around 430 natural inches, the Wolf Creek ski area boasts “The Most Snow in Colorado.” Wolf Creek’s nine lifts service over 1,600 acres of incredibly beautiful terrain including beginner, intermediate, advanced, and expert runs. Wolf Creek Ski School offers a variety of lessons for all ages and ability levels, half day or full day, for snowboarding or skiing.

Winning bidder/s will need to communicate with the owners, but they are very flexible with the availability of the home. Blackout dates are Thanksgiving Break, the month of December, and March 1st-20th. Expires August 31, 2024.
