Altamont's popularity has grown over the years and is now poured at events and pubs/restaurants throughout California and beyond. Altamont Beer Works hosts themed events and serves housemade ales on tap and to-go growlers. Located in the heart of Livermore’s exploding wine country. Our newly expanded 3,500 sq/ft Taproom has been a labor of love. Locally built and handcrafted, our taproom is one of our pride and joys.
At Altamont Beer Works, we pride ourselves on fresh beer. All our beers are produced on site. We have 30 rotating taps pouring the freshest beer in the area.
The owner, Steve Sartori, comes from a family of entrepreneurs, each of his parents involved in generations of family-owned businesses. Steve's paternal grandfather emigrated from Valle Maggia in the Canton of Ticino in Switzerland.
