Item Description
This cherry-red custom duchess satin gown by Tony Award-winning costume designer William Ivey Long was created for four-time Tony-nominated actress Tovah Feldshuh. Worn at the 1989 Tony Awards, the gown is adorned by a regal gold and rhinestone brooch from London's Victoria and Albert Museum. Also included are a pair of gold patent leather 3.5-inch strappy Halston heels (size 8.5), worn once for the award ceremony.
Feldshuh attended the 1989 Tony Awards as a nominee for Best Featured Actress in a Play for her role in Lend Me a Tenor.
