Item Description

Photography

17.75" x 21" x .75"

Linda Bonaccorsi of EveryBitBeautiful, is a self-taught outdoor photographer based in MA. She took her first pictures at the age of ten with her father's point and shoot camera. Now, most of her photos are taken with a long zoom lens (a result of her love of birding). Like her interests, her photography is eclectic and optimistic, exploring a wide range of outdoor subjects. While by no means a newcomer to photography, Linda didn't enter the world of art exhibitions and sales until 2018.

"Keeping Koi" combines the artist's love of taking abstract pictures of water with her love of animals. As the Koi crowded each other in the water, a fin would sometimes show itself above the water, and it was that fin that Linda found herself focusing on. She chose to personally print this image on a pearly luster paper to bring the water and colors to life.
