Barbara Corrigan, a life-long Attleboro resident was an entrepreneur. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Art & Design in 1944 and supported herself throughout her life with her art. Corrigan's over 400 pieces of art have been exhibited at the Boston Athenaeum, the Ainsworth Gallery, the Alfred J. Walker Gallery, the Copley Society, the Boston 350 Show, the AAM and is held in private and corporate collections around the world.

"Patapan" is a charming illustration Corrigan painted for Tom Glazer's Christmas Songbook. This delightful illustration shows her naive style of by-gone times.
