Item Description
This 1-hour Zoom online bodyweight training group fitness class includes one-on-one weekly to bi-weekly accountability coaching on meal plans, accountability tricks, daily habit goals, and stress management. Yip Fitness is an online fitness class that focuses on full body weight training. All of the instruction is done online via Zoom, with a Yip Fitness instructor's watchful eye monitoring the class, to ensure proper form and prevention of injury.

The Bidding Increments are as follows:
$1-99, the bidding increment is $5
$100-199, the bidding increment is $10
$200-499, the bidding increment is $20
$500-999, the bidding increment is $50
$1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100
Items can be picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 7th – 9th, 2024. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. In-person pickup is preferred. If an item is to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and handling costs. After arrangements have been made, items will be shipped no later than November 15th. Winners of specialty items that do not require pickup will be contacted with details by November 8th. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
