Item Description
This 12” Tohono O’odham “man in the maze” basket is woven with Devil’s Claw and Willow (much more valuable than Yucca) over Cattail. It has an old lead trading post tag still attached along with the museum collection tags. Circa 1940. The description and appraisal of value is provided by Terry DeWald, a member of the Antique Tribal Art Dealers Association.
