Item Description
Step into the world of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine with an intimate, one-of-a-kind tasting event hosted personally by Benita Kasbo, a Syrian cheesemaker and artisan producer. This private experience, crafted exclusively for the winning bidder and their guests, will take them on a sensory journey through Middle Eastern culture, flavors, and hospitality.
As the winning bidder, you and your guests will enjoy a curated five-course cheese pairing event, each course featuring a small-batch, handmade Syrian cheese. This unique experience brings the Middle East to life through cheese, with flavors ranging from delicately sweet to boldly savory, each paired to enhance the flavor of the cheese. The evening also includes a za’atar tasting from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Palestine, each offering a distinct flavor profile. We will enjoy salad along with traditional Middle Eastern accompaniments and wine.
Benita will share her rich traditions and authentic ingredients, offering a rare glimpse into Middle Eastern heritage.
