A Week in Beautiful Rehoboth Beach
(Available in all seasons on a mutually agreed upon date!)
Located on the East side of Route 1 between Lewes and Rehoboth
About 3 miles from downtown Rehoboth

Enjoy a weeklong beach vacation in this beautiful Rehoboth Beach condo. The condo is on the first floor of a 4-condo building (villa-style), with two bedrooms (sleeps 4 people), two baths, a great room, and a one-car attached garage (1200 sq ft).
The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, and each has a good-sized bathroom and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the other a double bed. The second bedroom has a TV with DVD player.
The great room in the middle has a dining area with a six-person dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, flatware, pots and pans, glasses, etc.) with a gas stove, and a nice living area with a radio/CD player. There is a small screened patio off the great room, and a smaller one unscreened off the master bedroom.
Although the largest crowds come in the summer, Rehoboth and Lewes are year-round destinations. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the towns, as well as along the Coastal Highway between the two towns. This includes outlet stores and just about any kind of shop or activity you can think of. From Lewes you can also take the ferry over to Cape May, New Jersey.
The Rehoboth/Lewes area is almost completely flat, so biking is a great way to get around, and there are several good biking trails, including one that links Rehoboth and Lewes. There are currently 2 bikes and several beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage, all available for use. The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
