Lieb Cellars - NV Estate Sparkling Pinot Blanc - 750ML - North Fork of Long Island, New York - 2018
Traditional Method sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes and, on average, ages 22 months before being disgorged in small lots to guarantee a crisp, fresh wine.
Tasting Notes
Green apple, pear, hints of citrus, honey, and light toasty quality. The palate comes alive with delicate, refreshing, tiny bubbles.
Merlot Sauvage Rose - 750ML - 2021
A wild, natural beauty. Our 2021 vintage of Merlot ‘Sauvage’ is fermented with naturally occurring yeast from the vineyard. It boasts fresh minerality with aromas of stone fruit and a smooth finish.
Rose Hill Chardonnay - 750ML 2021
Our Chardonnay, the “First Fruit” of the year, is a refreshing and vibrant wine that perfectly complements the abundance of fresh fish and shellfish harvested locally on the North Fork. Its crispness and distinct flavors make it an ideal choice for pairing with the bountiful seafood from our region.

Auction winners will be responsible for all shipping costs (within New York State only), to be added at auction end. Local pick-up at our school in New York City can be arranged.
