Item Description

Charming hand-painted porcelain from local artist Kit Cropper's "Housemother Collection." There are eight different designs which the artist calls "architechtural fantasies." All Housemothers are 3-piece sets consisting of the Housemother, the base, and an interior scene. The Housemother lifts off her base to allow you to meet the occupants inside.

"Gertie — The Doll Peddler" depicts a mother pig dressed in blue and lavender holding a tray full of dolls. Her skirt forms the dwelling, and another bear inside holds two more dolls. "She brought new meaning to the term door-to-door sales."

Each figure comes with it's own little story. Perfect for anyone who appreciates fantasy and storytelling.

Each of these lovely miniature figurines is cold-cast porcelain, individually numbered and limited to 3800 pieces of each design. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

4 1/2" tall x 4" diameter. Includes 7 pigs, 3 dolls, 7 bears, 1 bearflower.

Great for gift giving. New in box!
