The SYTA Youth Foundation is now accepting donations! 

Donation Instructions: 

Click on “Donate Items” on the top right corner of the webpage.
Complete all fields and make sure you include an item description, estimated value, upload images of your donation.
SYF might request additional information for your donation listing.

Important: Please hold on to your donation item. SYF will connect the winning bidder with the donor after the conference

SYF will accept auction donations until July 29, 2019.

The SYTA Youth Foundation Silent Auction provides you with the opportunity to build brand awareness, solidify relationships and maximize exposure to the student and youth travel community through donated goods/services.

The Silent Auction is marketed to the entire SYTA and SYF community (members and donors), whether they are attending annual conference or bidding from home. All proceeds directly benefit the mission and work of the SYTA Youth Foundation.

The SYF Silent Auction is held online only, through Bidding for Good. The auction will open on Monday, July 29 at 1:00 PM CT and will close on Monday, August 12 at 4:00 PM CT.

All auction items are displayed online and a small number of items are requested for display at the conference. We ask that the donations are not shipped to SYF Headquarters. SYF connects the donors and highest bidders after the auction closes to claim their items. SYF is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Any items displayed at the SYTA Annual Conference may be picked up once the auction closes.
