VOLCANO ART CENTER is hosting an online auction fundraiser!
Starting on August 23, 2018, VAC is auctioning off a number of incrediable photographs taken by G. Brad Lewis of Kilauea Volcano's 2018 eruption activity. Proceeds raised will benefit both VAC and Pu‘uhonua o Puna Info & Supply Hub. We ask for your support by placing a bid! Auction ends on September 4th.

Whether your purchase one item or more, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts. By participating you will help raise money for our organization, and Pu‘uhonua o Puna which was set up to help individuals displaced by the May 2018 lava activities. Being 100% community driven, their goal is to provide information and supplies directly to the people of the lower puna district on Hawaii Island.

VAC would like to thank all who came to support our Thursday Night At The Center Presentantion last Thursday evening featuring G. Brad Lewis! The presentation included still and video images of the recent eruption of Kilauea’s east rift zone that began in mid-May. The presentation held on August 30th is part of VAC’s continuing Thursday Night At The Center events which focus on art, Hawaiian culture and the environment. The series is intended to inspire and enhance appreciation of art and life experience, while fostering community connection.
