Enjoy favorites such as our Seafood Chimichangas, Mexican Jambalaya or a Steak Burrito. You won’t be able to pass up a steaming plate of our Sizzling Fajitas, or our juicy 16oz Ribeye Steak. In the mood for Pasta? We have a variety of delicious pasta dishes. Try our Shrimp Cannelini, or Madaline’s famous Crab Mac & Cheese.  We have a decadently creamy Chicken Alfredo that will make you a fan.

Perhaps you want a little americana for your meal. We have an incredibly savory and tender Pot Roast and even  Texas Smoked BBQ chicken. Delicious!

Diego's Spirited Kitchen opened in January 2009 in downtown Redmond, Oregon with a passion for international cuisine. Owner Pablo Peña and partner Juvenal Santana combined their success with Madaline’s Grill and the classic mexican food, with a whole new international menu.

Diego's features a full bar with lively spirits,and the drinks speak for themselves. The famed “No Rules ‘Rita” is a favorite of local residents.

One look at the extensive menu and you’ll see that we offer more than just mexican food and american food — there are a few international surprises; italian – inspired dishes, Creole cuisine, and so much more like our signature Pork Osso Bucco, Tex Mex Spring Rolls, Pastas, and fresh made margaritas.
